A sample sale is a limited-time event where luxury brands sell overstock, past-season collections, and showroom samples at significant discounts, often up to 80% off retail prices.
What is your return policy?
Due to the deep discounts offered, all items purchased from Eclipse Sample Sales are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless the item is proven to be damaged or incorrect.
Are the products authentic?
Yes, we work directly with the brands and their official distributors to ensure that every item sold on our platform is 100% authentic designer merchandise.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days. Once shipped, domestic delivery usually takes between 2-7 business days depending on your location.
Can I change or cancel my order after it's placed?
Because we aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible during our high-volume events, we are unable to modify or cancel an order once it has been confirmed.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we offer shipping to select international destinations. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on the destination country and package weight.
