At Eclipse Sample Sales, we aim to provide exclusive access to luxury fashion at exceptional prices; however, due to the limited nature of our events, items are generally final sale unless otherwise stated. Please review our structured return process for eligible boutique items to ensure a seamless experience.
Verify Eligibility
Check your order confirmation to ensure your items are not marked as 'Final Sale' and are within the 14-day return window from the date of delivery.
Request Authorization
Log into our Returns Portal using your order number and email address to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack the unworn items with original tags attached and affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the package.
Processing and Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days, minus a restocking fee.
